We are certified in Mold, Fire and Water Remediation. We offer 24 hour service call any time. We will be there with right equipment to recondition your building and provide proper documentation and photographic evidence of the incident. We work diligently to provide an understandable reasonable quote and get an approval (be that from you or your insurance company) and start reconstruction right after we have the approval. Not all intrusions are covered, so cost may be a consideration, and it should be insurance companies need to pass along their costs. We understand that and respond at some of the most reasonable rates in the area. Some companies charge 5 to 6 k just for a minor water intrusion. We would be ashamed to do that. A negative air machine is not that expensive and you do not have to change HEPA filters every day as the mold is trapped in the filter and not released until you turn the machine off. But I have seen companies charge hundreds per day to needlessly change the filters. Once the job is done we seal the unit and change the filter and then decontaminate the unit before the next use so we do not contaminate the next building. We are experts in drywall repair and texture matching also. We actually give the matching texture a mild sponging to mimic the number of coats of paint your building has. |
