We install residential and commercial roofing. Both types of buildings can have either sloped or low sloped roofs. All buildings can have a combination of pitches (slopes) in them. The angle of the roof determines this. On the subject of slope, roofs are designed to have a pitch (drainage), it is the code and all manufactures recommend some amount of drainage. If your roof does not have a minimum of 1/4” in 12” that should be corrected. Generally the more pitch the longer lasting and less problematic the roof will be.

We offer fire resistant roofing including the underlayment (paper under the tile) which can and should be Class A if you live near the WUI ((Wild Land Urban-Interface (brush)).
